Rules/Handbook

• Official referees will be provided for each match
• Teams are responsible for providing an officiating/work crew for matches in which they are not scheduled to play. Those work assignments can be found in the official schedule, once posted. For planning purposes, be prepared to provide R2, scoreboard, scorer, livero tracker, and two line judges. 

Check-In/Credential Pick-Up

• Saturday 1 hour before your wave starts.
• You can pick up your credentials at time of check in at SentryWorld.
• Rostered players will receive a tournament bag tag. Coaches will receive wristbands that must be worn on your wrist. Players and coaches will not be allowed to enter the playing venue without appropriate credentials. 
• Please email info@wisconsinflightvbc.com for special pick-up arrangements.

Rosters

• Please submit official JVA rosters online in AES or email USAV rosters to info@wisconsinflightvbc.com prior to the tournament. Official rosters are required to participate. 

Awards

• Awards will be provided by  MADA for 1st and 2nd place finishers in the Gold Division.

Concessions

• SentryWorld will be providing concessions for this event.  They will have a wide variety of items. 
• There is also a sit-down restaurants located within SentryWorld. 

Admissions

• CASH ONLY
• $8 per day
• $12 for 2-day wristband (must be purchased on the first day to receive discounted price)
• Youth 11-18 are $5 per day with school ID
• Children 10 and under are free
• Wristbands must be worn on the wrist, not attached to purses, bags, or back packs.

• NO Outside fold-up chairs allowed

JVA Insured Event: Teams of any affiliation can participate and will be insured. USAV, AAU, JVA, other, are all welcome.
